Issue with ordering
The products is excellent, but the ordering was a bit of a nightmare. Once we completed the order we got a message saying there was a problem and that we should call a number to discuss it. The very nice lady we talked to said we should reorder, as she could see not record of the order having gone through. So she reordered the dishes for us. Then we ended up having two payments deducted from our credit card, and two orders being shipped. The funniest part was that one of the orders only contained one bowl, while the other order had all 6. Eventually we got a refund on the extra order and we told to keep the single bowl. All is well that ends well. Our granddaughter was thrilled with the pasta bowls, and we ended up with one bowl for ourselves.
