Not a customer anymore from
Terrible website/customer service
This review is of the Spode/Portmeirion web site, not the item. I placed an order for a set of four cups/saucers. Two days later, I received an email message from Spode stating the price on the website was incorrect and they had, therefore, cancelled the order. Didn't offer to provide the item at the correct price or make any type of concession for their own error. Terrible website, poor customer service. I will not be ordering from Spode/Portmeirion again.
